Job Summary:

The Business Development Representative will identify and pursue prospects via outbound communication, develop new business relationships, serve as the initial point of contact for potential clients, and support Account Executives by generating leads and setting up meetings. The position demands strong communication and sales skills, and will involve working US hours in a remote setup.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and hunting new business opportunities through outbound efforts

Making a high volume of calls and emails daily

Educating prospects about BrowserStack products and solutions

Acting as the first point of contact for potential customers

Communicating the value proposition and securing meetings or demos

Documenting all activity in the CRM

Collaborating closely with Account Executives

Skills Required:

B2B sales, English communication (written and spoken), relationship building, self-starter, business acumen, ethics, integrity, phone-based sales, multitasking, data-driven, team collaboration, detail orientation, organization skills

Requirements (Preferred Qualifications):

  • 1–4 years of experience in B2B Sales/Business Development
  • Passion for technology
  • Self-starter with leadership ability
